Note number 3508

This is the second thermal analysis performed on the design of the 
SVX II silicon detector.  Design modifications between 6/95 and 1/96 
have been incorporated.  Focus of this paper is more on assumptions 
on heat loads, insulation values, and some sensitivity analysis.
