This note describes the SVXII Test Stand software from three standpoints.
First it contains a User's Guide, intended for physicists using the
Test Stand as a tool to study any detector which is readout using the
SVXII chip. Second, there is an Expert's Guide, intended for those people
troubleshooting hardware.  Finally, there is a Programmer's Guide, for anyone
wishing to modify the software.
