We have updated CDF note 4103 to reflect the final ISL
  geometry and DAQ layout.  This note presents a unified 
  numbering and naming convention for the SVX-II and ISL.  
  This scheme can be used in detector assembly, online
  data acquisition electronics, offline event reconstruction,
  and detector operations.  Single readout elements (strips)
  require 23 bits for complete specification.
