Thermal measurements have been performed on a mechanical prototype of a L0 ladder.  
The measurements were done using both a dry ledge and a greased ledge.  Based on these 
measurements, an update on the effects of radiation damage is given, as well as an 
interpretation of the SVX/SVX' leakage current information described by Matthews in 
CDF Note 3937.
