 I. MARCH 1 - Barrel 4 removed from CMM-5
	    - Prepare CMM-5 for Barrel 1

II. APRIL 14 - BARREL 4 goes to Lotema room for Beam pipe/L00 Installation,
	      ISL ladders installation.		

III. MAY 24 - Barrel 4 to B0

IV.  JUNE 1 - Barrel 4 checked out in COT and ready to go

Cooling and Interlocks
----------------------

Now - Mar 15
     * Install cooling system, including all piping, dry air, 
     drybox, vacuum pump ready, etc.

Now - Mar 15
   * Hookup all wiring and instrumentation for Interlocks, including
     RTD's, RH sensors, etc.

Mar 1 - Mar 30
   * Modify Interlock code and iFix to run at several locations


CPC, and Pigtail 
----------------

Feb 1 - Feb 10
   * New Pigtails (PCP) specified and designed
Feb 11 - Feb 16
   * Bids for New Pigtails and then ordered
Feb.16-23
   * JC pigtail specified and designed
Feb. 24 
   * JC pigtail ordered; 2wk turnaround = Mar. 9
Mar 7-10
   * New pigtails arrive and are stuffed  

Feb 8 - Mar 8
   * Fully assemble 8 CPC's, except for Pigtail
     (4 for B4, 1 for ISL, 1 for L00, 2 spares)

Mar 10 - Mar 17
   * Connect Pigtails to port cards
   * Assemble pigtail cables which mate to port card pigtail
   * Assemble JC pigtails (adapters to conan connections on 
	test junction cards)

March 18-28
   * Install portcards on barrel 4 and perform final tests before
     move to Lotema room.  Check all connections from ladder to junction cards.

Junction cards
--------------

Now - Feb 20
   * Approve junction card for construction
     prototype run - of order 20 cards with Conan's 

Feb 21 - Mar 21
   * Junction card fabricated, stuffed and delivered to FNAL.
     prototype run - of order 20 cards with Conan's (4 for barrel4, 
     1 for ISL, 1 for L00, 8 for cmm3)

March 28 - April 20?
   * Order Production junction cards with connectors for the three cables 
     from the portcard.  Stuffed and delivered to FNAL.  Needed by mid April 
     for Barrel 4 installation (before goes in sonotube)
     and for installtion on CMM 3 for second barrel construction.

Power Supplies

CAEN Supplies
   Schedule ???

Feb 18 - Feb 25
   Cabling : 6 sets of cables arrive from SubSem?
	     Production cabling only mates with NEW CAEN PS's, so we MUST
	     get some new CAEN PS's by Mar 20. Current cabling does not mate 
	     with new junction card. Would need to make kludge cables to
	     mate them. Proper connectors whould have to be ordered, 
		tech time, etc.
DAQ
---

  * Mar 1-7 : Swap DAQ-1 and DAQ-4 - must be ready for Barrel 1
	construction March 8.

  * For testing Barrel 4 before it goes to B0, 
    hope to use production portcards, JC, cables.
    Plan to test from PC to junction cards before barrel leave Lab C
    Any other tests will have to be in Lotema room with some sort
    of portable DAQ...

    - If we have only pre-production parts, we need to have FTM cables which
      mate to the new junction card.

  * Early May:
    Get software event builder + consumer/servers operating reading out B4
    (from Mary Bishai)
