Rough Schedule for next 6 weeks

Feb 2 - Feb 8

1. Jim continues to work on laying out the PCP this week,
and should have a design by next week

2. Steve will work with Matt in procuring all the parts and seeing
   if Craig Drennan can work on an assembly diagram for assembling
   these cables.

Feb 9-Feb 18
------------ 

3. After Jim is finished with the PCP layout, he will work on
   designing an adaptor which mates the new PCP to the Test Junction
   card (used for port card testing).

4. In parallel, Jim get's quotes for constructing the PCP


Feb 19 - Mar 2

5. PCP assigned to a vendor and board is constructed

6. As soon as Jim can, he sends the junction card adaptor
   out for fabrication (can we use the same vendor?)

7. 20 Cable sets assembled


Mar 3 - Mar 15
--------------

8. Assemble a few prototype PCP's are made here, rest are shipped out for
assembly (Subsem?)

9. Assemble junction board adaptors here or outside?
