CLC Milestones Towards the Commissioning Run (May 1st - July 31st)
GOALS:
- CLC Installation:
complete East by mid-June
- West is installed and cabled: needs final LED
- LED Calib. System: finalize LED choice end of May
- Install and cable up East CLC after that
- Alignment: finalize by mid-July
- Gas System: finalize by mid-June (so we can exercise it)

Basic multi-chann operationality by mid-May
- All modules in hand and cabled up
- Can set voltages (a) by hand, (b) by RS-232 (c) through Plug program
- Need Bologna group to incorporate CLC to plug daisy chain + program,
by end-June.
- Need FIX pages (by when? - for Run 2)

Fully commissioned by mid-July
- Front-end hardware: Need CLC transition boards - mid May
- Full F.E. readout by end of May
- Full amplitude calibrations by end of June
