CLC HV Control and Monitoring Program operation
To start CLC HV Control and Monitoring Program from the very beginning
(for example, after PC crash/reboot):
- Login to WinNT PC CLC1 (on the 3d floor, in L3 farm room) with
username/password: cdf-clc1/closed1loop
- Start iFIX: Start -> Programs -> iFIX -> Startup
- Goto to the folder D:\HV_NOMINAL
- Start server part of the HV Monitoring program: hvServer.exe
A DOS session window entitled CLC & Forward
detector HV Server, with some printout in it, will pop up
- Start monitoring program itself: hv.exe
At first, a DOS session window END PLUG HV
Client I/O will appear. Then, after a while,
CLC & Forward detectors Main Panel
and HV Status & Control windows will
pop up
- Start HV monitoring process by selecting HV Monitoring -> Start from menu in Main Panel
- In the Main Panel menu select
HV Operation -> Set/Show by Group
New window will appear: HV Operation by Group
- In this window select CLC group
from the Group name list in right upper part
of the window.
Switch the whole CLC group to ON/OFF/STANDBY mode with the
red buttons in the right bottom part of the window.
- Print current HV settings and monitored HV values with Show Parameters button.
Compare measured HV values with the latest CLC
