Angular Analysis of B0->J/ψK* Decays

This webpage summarizes the blessed results for the measurement of the relative amplitudes and phases in the fully reconstructed decay B0->J/ψK*. We obtain a signal yield of 7800 events.
The same angular analysis method exploit for this measurement was also used to analyse Bs->J/ψϕ decays.

We measure the following mean lifetime in B0->J/ψK* decays:

d = 456 +/- 6 (stat) +/- 6 (syst) μm

For the relative decay amplitudes and phases we obtain:

|A0|2 = 0.569 +/- 0.009 (stat) +/- 0.009 (syst)
|A|||2 = 0.211 +/- 0.012 (stat) +/- 0.006 (syst)
δ|| = -2.97 +/- 0.08 (stat) +/- 0.03 (syst)
δ = 2.97 +/- 0.06 (stat) +/- 0.01 (syst)
