We present the results of an updated search for the standard model (SM) Higgs boson in the process pp→ZH→l+l-bb, where l is an electron or muon. We analyze a sample of Tevatron pp collisions at √s=1.96 TeV, which corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 9.45 fb-1, as recorded by the CDF II detector. In a sample of events consistent with the decays Z→l+l- and H→bb we extract a 95% confidence level (CL) upper limit on the value of σZH×BR(H→bb). For a Higgs boson with a mass of 115 GeV/c2 we observe (expect) a 95% CL upper limit of 4.7 (2.6) × the SM value.
